Greek Cottage Cheese Dip
Move over tzatziki, we love all the flavors of this simple high protein dip! Cottage cheese and feta deliver a creamy silky dip!
Super thick and fluffy is the only way to describe this delicious Greek dip. This started out as an homage to tzatziki but we ended up leaving out the cucumber shreds to avoid the dip becoming too watery. Glad that happened because the left overs were perfect in the fridge for days after.

My husband can’t have olive oil unfortunately, is there a substitute I can use please?
Hi Louise, any other oil you usually sub for olive oil will work here!
This sounds delicious! I guess it’s 3 tbs of fresh dill?
How long does it stay fresh for
Just made this dip today and loved it.
Delicious!!
I made 1/4 of this recipe for myself to eat with raw veggies and a few pita crackers while I watch the USA vs Netherlands World Cup Soccer game. I didn’t have feta cheese at home but I did have plenty of Cotija cheese. I subbed an equal part of Cotija for the feta. I used my immersion blender to whip everything. I am enjoying my healthy TV snack!
Finally made this. It’s really helping me to eat my veggies. I added more lemon juice and some other spices. Will also be good as a salad dressing, thinned out. 10 outta 10!
SO yummy. Tastes just like whipped feta with far more protein, went light on the honey per a comment. I want to put it on everything! Put it on lemon garlic chicken and potatoes tonight, and excited to have it on greek bison burgers with pita tomorrow!
Hi Sarah, Your lineup sounds incredible! Can I come over???

Oh my goodness this is so good and easy to make! Love that it’s a carb free and healthy option!!
HI Lauren, so glad you liked the dip! Thanks so much for trying it out!
I didn’t love this as the honey made it too sweet. It’s heavy on the milky and sweet. It needs some some tangy balance.
Hi Shawna, always adjust the ingredients to your own palate! Thanks for trying it !
