My go-to late night dipping snack that’s full of nutrients and protein.

We loved this simple and quick dip because its packed with good ingredients that we usually have on hand at all times. You can use chips to dip into this but I prefer sliced bell peppers, carrots or celery.

Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • 2 scallions, rough chop
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lime, juiced (or lemon)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Add all ingredients into a small food processor. Pulse the dip until smooth. I need to add 1 teaspoon milk to get it silky smooth. Taste the dip and adjust the salt if needed.
