Easy Baked Salmon with Dijon Mustard
A terrifically easy way to prepare your salmon fillets and improve your weekly salmon intake. Try to get a good Dijon mustard – don’t buy the cheap stuff. Also, don’t overdue the mustard when spreading it on the fish – only slather on a thin layer (after you season with salt).
Next, you’re gonna melt some butter and mix in it your seasoned breadcrumbs. This will be your top crust and will aesthetically make your fish look scrumptious. Don’t ever over cook your food. For salmon, the internal temperature should be at least 145 F. Garnish tops with some chives or chopped parsley to serve.
Speaking of serving, don’t forget to add some rice to the plate along with some broccoli or zucchini (or any vegetable that you prefer). Recipe from All Recipes.
