Easy Lemon Garlic Parmesan Salmon Recipe
Trust me when I tell you, you will NOT regret making this delicious salmon recipe for your next midweek dinner or meal prep. We couldn’t believe how quickly it was prepared and how delicious it tasted.
I had the idea for this dish because the recipe I shared earlier this year went hyper viral. To say everyone loved the Lemon Garlic Parmesan Chicken is understatement. I’m so thankful it was VERY well received by all who tried it.
All of the ingredients are super basic and delicious. You most likely have all of them in your fridge or pantry. And the ingredients all go together so well. You can marinate the fish or just cook them straight away like I did.
Serve this fish dish with rice, or cauliflower rice. Also great to include is my 5 Minute Skillet Broccoli, with any topping added to finish.

What is your preferred method for removing skin from salmon fillets? I always seem to struggle a bitt
HI Lauren, many just pour scolding hot water over the skin and it apparently peels right off. I haven’t tried that method though. I usually ask my fish guy to remove it or slice it myself – slowly
Is it possible to substitute maple syrup for the honey? (My partner is on a FODMAP diet).
Hi Keri, yes that absolutely works here and in all my recipes that call for honey! Enjoy <3
