Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (One Bowl)
My most viral baked recipe with a simple adjustment that absolutely perfects them.
We make these all the time in my house. Obsessed with the peanut butter banana and chocolate combination. This time, I updated the recipe by adding 1/4 cup almond flour to the mix. This recipe, can, at times, be extra gooey. It varies due to the consistency of your bananas and/or your peanut butter.

I just made these without chocolate chips and they came out great! They have a really nice flavor and texture. I used about 1/2 a teaspoon of salt but followed everything else as listed. My muffins baked in 26 minutes.
Can I use this recipe for a quick bread loaf pan?
Absolutely delish!! A great healthy snack! Super fast and easy to make ! My family loves them, I can’t make them fast enough😊😋
So yummy!! Love the protein boost and they taste heavenly! Thank you! Can’t wait to try more recipes!
Hi Stella! Love your recipes, thank you for sharing! I wonder if this is a quick fix that can be automatized 🙂 I’m in Europe and the metric system does, that recipes take twice the prep time, when I have to google all conversions. You had a ‘metric option on your peanut butter banana bread recipe, could you add it as default on all? It would be immensely appreciated from Denmark.
Have a lovely day!
Hi Georgiana, thank you for the kind message and I will update this recipe right now to show the metrics! The older recipes on my site might be missing that options becuase back then I had not installed the metric system toggle button on the site yet. Thank you for bringing this to my attention! <3
Thank you so much! Wish you happy holidays and a great new year! 🥂
Looking forward to next year’s delicious recipes! 😊
Absolutely delicious! 2nd time making them. Quick, easy, scrumptious!
I made these without the almond flour and they were gooey, yes, but SO delicious!!!
My kids LOVE these just as they are and my mama heart loves them as an alternative to all the sugar filled other breakfast options! Thank you!
Quick and delicious – Perfect for breakfast!
Your American measurements? Would you consider writing the quantities in metric grams for us Europeans ?
Thanks
These were delicious!!
just wondering, how should these be stored??
I 1/2’d the recipe and didn’t really measure but these muffins were delicious! I used a flax egg and it worked out great. You can’t really taste the peanut butter but that’s probably because I didn’t measure. The almond flour adds an “extra” to these muffins and I used a mini muffin tin and baked for 15 min. Thx for a fast and yummy treat!
Is the nutrition listed for 1 muffin?? So good!
I just made them tonight omg they are so yummy, but I used coconut flour instead of almond and they were still delicious. So easy and thank you for posting. We will definitely be having this again.
hi! can whole wheat flour be used instead of almond flour?
Literally fire! Easy and quick to make. My husband loves them. Thank you!
Hi Tiffany, YES – thanks so much for the kind rating and I’m glad you both loved them!
