Garlic Butter Steak Bites
I love this recipe so much because it makes everyone happy and is so quick for me to make. Some nights we need to get a home cooked meal on the table and have next to no time to do it. This is the solution to those moments, and in a most delicious way. We all thoroughly enjoy this super simple recipe every time I make it, but my son especially. My daughter and I are more fish and chicken eaters, where he really loves his steak, burgers and bacon.
Any steak will work here including: New York strip steak, rib eye or tenderloin. You want to slice the meat into small cubes. Season that meat well with a generous amount of salt and pepper. And we are going to use olive oil in the beginning of the recipe to get them nice and browned and THEN add in the butter and garlic to cook the garlic and coat the meat with.
You can top with some fresh chopped chives or parsley. Serve with my 3 Minute Skillet Asparagus or my 5 Minute Skillet Broccoli for quick dinner perfection.
