This recipe is an ideal dessert if you’re watching your sugar intake and focused on eating healthy whole ingredients, instead of highly processed ones. Another delicious and popular brownie recipe on our website is the Flourless Pumpkin Brownies.

Healthy Blender Avocado Brownies

This brownie recipe is naturally gluten free and thus super fudgy and rich. Make sure you use Vegan/Dairy Free chocolate chips to keep it dairy free. Another recipe we love is my Vegan Pumpkin Brownies or my 3 Ingredient Vegan Breakfast Brownies.

For me, the melted chocolate topping and flakey sea salt are a must. I also added espresso powder to deepen the chocolate flavor from the cacao powder. Another healthy, yet rich and chocolatey dessert on the website are our 4 Ingredient Chocolate Banana Cookies.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your mini oven or air fryer to 350℉ (or 175℃). Line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • To your mini food processor or blender add all of the ingredients listed above EXCEPT the chocolate chips. Pulse until completely smooth. Transfer the batter to your pan and spread out evenly. Bake this for 30 minutes if you're using an air fryer or 40 minutes if you're using an oven. Allow to set in the pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate on completely cooled brownie. Top with flakey sea salt! Slice and enjoy!

Notes

This is not an overly sweet dessert. If you would like it to be sweeter, simply add in some coconut sugar or other granulated sweetener.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in fridge.
To make this recipe dairy free, make sure you use dairy free chocolate chips as a topping.
