Healthy Whipped Cottage Cheese Pickle Dip (Low Carb)
This dip is not only delicious but its also high in protein, low in calories and low in carbs!
When its that time of the month, I like to sit on the couch and snack. In the spirit of keeping it as healthy as possible, I like to eat some raw veggies like sliced cucumber, red bell peppers, carrots and celery. In order to get those down though, I need a yummy dip to accompany them. Enter this creamy masterpiece. We all loved this yummy dip so much! If you’re a pickle person, you will love this dip.

Easy to make and absolutely delicious! My kids (who claim they don’t like cottage cheese 😆) devoured it! Great with pita chips, mini bell peppers and cucumbers!
Hi Lara, That’s awesome especially when the kids approve! I’m so glad that everyone liked the dip!
