Juicy Low Carb Turkey Patties
The healthiest and easiest thing to meal prep for your week.
These turkey patties/burgers are ideal for meal prepping low carb. I both baked these and pan fried them in a little oil to see the difference and definitely prefer the baking. to avoid standing over the cooktop and actively cooking. While they’re in the oven or air fryer, you can make your salad.

Delicious and tasty! Super juicy too!
HI Faye, glad you liked the recipe!
These were delicious! We will make this again & again. We made 2 batches. The first exactly as written (yum!) and the second with cheddar, cilantro, cumin/paprika, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and a jalapeño. People loved them! It’s a quick and easy recipe that can be tweaked with what’s in the fridge/pantry. Thank you for posting the recipe! Love all of your recipes.:)
I shaped mine like meatballs. So much flavor. Tasted better every day. Next time I will probably use half the salt.
These were so good and easy!!! Made it twice so far, second time I actually substituted traditional fat free feta for the Parmesan & added chopped red onion that I had leftover that I needed to use and kept everything else the same with the recipe. So good and versatile!! 🤌
Please can you kindly tell me how much calories are in each patty?
Thank you
Ethel
These were really, really delicious! I loved that there were no breadcrumb and were still super moist! I had them the next day also, just as good leftover! I have tried a bunch of turkey meatball, meatloaf recipes and this one really knocked it out of the park. The flavor is on point, must be the proportion of ingredients because wow! Keep ‘‘em coming Stella, your recipes are amazing and I love that you keep them healthy!
HI Cat, Thank you SO MUCH for the kind message and trying out the dishes I share! Hope you have a beautiful day!!
Look up muffin meat loaf (use the same for turkey). I add a shake or two of any wine vinegar. And, i use about 5 Ritz crackers vs. bread for 1 lb turkey. If you don’t have an ice cream scoop, buy one. 5 min. mixing, 5 into muffin tin and i add the tomato sauce on top before it goes to the oven. I make ahead 90% of my meals.
I used to hate ground turkey … meatballs (smaller scoop) and patties great.
what is the sauce you serve it with? sound yummy
Hi Jill i believe that is my Lazy Tzatziki. I will link it below:

I’ll admit to being skeptical but, these were quite good! Next time I’m going to use sautéed onion, celery, and garlic vs. powdered for a twist. I will definitely add these to my rotation. Thank you!
Hi Beth, I’m glad you liked them! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us!
