Broccoli Cheddar Dunkers (Low Carb)
A delicious and simple way to get your vegetables in. Broccoli and cheddar formed into dunkers, crispy on the outside and yummy on the inside.
We really enjoyed making these and consuming them. Only a few main ingredients needed to create this classic flavor combo of cheddar and broccoli. These are gluten free and low carb. I called them dunkers because they ended up as the shape of the Trader Joe’s chocolate chip dunker cookies. Perfect for dunking into my Lazy Tzatziki Dip.

I am guessing this would work with defrosted and squeezed dry frozen chopped broccoli?
I made these after trying the Onion rings recipe. I love them!!!
Both these recipes are keepers. 😊
They look delicious, what’s the time for in the air fryer. I would rather use my air fryer than heat up my oven. I got the 400 degrees. Thanks
I thought they tasted great! But my cheese flattened out like a thin pancake! With bumps of broccoli sticking up. Nothing like a finger/dipper
I’d do it again but would make it into a casserole since it looked unappealing and flat. 😂
