Broccoli Cheddar Dunkers (Low Carb)
A delicious and simple way to get your vegetables in. Broccoli and cheddar formed into dunkers, crispy on the outside and yummy on the inside.
We really enjoyed making these and consuming them. Only a few main ingredients needed to create this classic flavor combo of cheddar and broccoli. These are gluten free and low carb. I called them dunkers because they ended up as the shape of the Trader Joe’s chocolate chip dunker cookies. Perfect for dunking into my Lazy Tzatziki Dip.

These were a big hit with the family I will definitely make these again they turned out great.
Hi Stella,
Do you think these would work with processing the broccoli raw instead of steaming the broccoli?
Hi Christine, yes, it should work if you chop them really tiny
These look delicious and I can’t wait to try them! I found your website from YouTube shorts btw 🙂
Would you recommend freezing them before or after cooking a batch up? Also what would be your cooking/reheating recommendation after frozen? Thank you x
Hi Natalie and welcome! I would recommend freezing them after cooking.
To reheat, simply pop them in the oven and heat at 350 for 20 minutes or until warmed through
Amazing! My husband has been doing low carb for 10 plus years and I’m always looking for something different on the weekends! I found they addressed my *carb* bread sticks cravings. I am going to play with seasonings (we love our chilli and smoked paprika) and sauces
Really good. Think I might bump up the seasoning amounts next time and try a different cheese. Tastes just as good reheated.
can I use the oven instead of an airfry, and if so what temperature and how long in oven?
Hi Alecia, Absolutely yes bake these in the oven at 400F for about 18. minutes. The instructions on the website are for the oven.
Really easy and very tasty
Thanks for trying out the recipe!
OMGRACIOUS! I just made these and my husband and I absolutely love them!
I got 12 fingers so each one has 70 Calories?
Hi Valerie, I’m so glad you and your hubby enjoyed them!
For the nutritional info, its located at the bottom of the recipe box and the serving size is located at the top of the recipe box…
Hope this helps!
Yes the info is there. But it doesn’t say how much per serving. Just that there are 12 servings and then the nutritional facts are there. But are the facts based on the whole recipe? Or per serving? And if they are per serving, how much is a serving??
Easy to make & taste great! I dipped mine in a Thai sweet ginger sauce! Yummy!😁
Hi Charlotte, good call with the Thai chili sauce! MMMMMM
Made them this weekend and they are a really tasty and heathy afternoon snack. This recipe will be on repeat!

Hello Stella I am a new follower and I have been checking out your recipes including this. I am wondering can these be cooked in a frying pan? We don’t have an oven. And can these be frozen?
Hi Elaine and Welcome!
Absolutely i would cook these in a frying pan with a small amount of olive oil.
Yes these freeze well too!
Enjoy em!
