The simplest of recipes to throw in your blender and mix up. Bake and your ready to go for a yummy and flourless breakfast or snack. I know you have some brown bananas on your counter right now. You can still make these without a blender or food processor. Just buy some oat flour and mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.

I typically make these without any add ins, just plain banana bread style. However, feel free to add in chocolate chips, walnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, etc. They are healthy and nutritious.

Flourless Banana Oat Muffins

The ideal grab and go breakfast, Flourless Banana Oat Muffins!

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.ย  Spray your muffin liners with non stick spray.
  • In a food processor or blender, combine all of the ingredients until smooth and no more whole oats are visible. ย 
  • If youโ€™re adding in chocolate chips, mix them in with a spoon now. ย 
  • Fill muffin liners 3/4 way full. ย Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for 15 minutes prior to transferring to a cooling rack.
