Why not use fresh mint?
Hi Paul, its a quick and more shelf stable ingredient. You can absolutely use fresh if you have it.
Excellent! Very moist and tender.
Can I use sour cream instead of Greek yogurt?
What brand of Greek yogurt do you recommend?
Hi Bella, I recommend my favorite FAGE greek yogurt! Top quality!
when is zucchini available?
What kind of dried mint are you using here and where can I find it? The only place I can find dried mint is at my local co-op. The two choices are spearmint and peppermint. Neither of those seem right to me.
Hi Nick,
spearmint is what i use!
How can you call this tzatziki sauce when it doesn’t have cucumber?
That’s why it’s called LAZY tzatziki sauce 🙄
Wow is this good! I foresee making this often.
HI Adrienne, Glad you enjoyed!!
As suggested, I made this to go along with your Lemon Pepper Chicken Souvlakia. It turned out great and people were not only using it with the souvlakia, but with anything else they could use to dip into it. I used 2% yogurt so it didn’t need the milk to thin it. I used red wine vinegar instead of lemon and fresh dill instead of mint. Will share and make again! Thank you!
HI Maz, this pairs awesome with the chicken skewers! Thanks for sharing your insights with everyone – super helpful!
Mmmm loved it! Simple and delicious
What if I don’t have mint? Will it still turn out?
Hi and yes, will still be good!
hi did you use lemon juice or vinegar with the carrots I saw on IG? thx
I used lemon in this recipe – whatever’s shown in the video above is what I made for the carrots!
I love Dill would it ruin the recipe if I add some dill?
Hi Karen, no absolutely add it in!
easy and tasty!!! thank you!
Thanks for trying it!
