Roasted Cauliflower and Feta Dip
Most of you probably already have these simple ingredients in your kitchen and don’t even know what awaits your palate. This dip (or spread because it can easily be spread on your plate with some grilled chicken or fish placed over – yes, let’s get fancy when we serve) is whipped to fluffy perfection and will blow your mind.
Ingredients:
The cauliflower is roasted to golden brown perfection in your oven or airfryer. Make sure you season it will with some of your favorite spices. I simply used garlic powder, onion powder and touch of cumin. The feta cheese is better when you buy it in block form and crumble it yourself. The 5% Greek yogurt helps to make the spread super fluffy.
Top this magical dip with a little more olive oil, fresh chives, olives and chili pepper flakes. Don’t forget some crostini or pita chips to seal the deal. Also great with carrot and celery sticks too! Now LOVE YOUR LIFE.

Sounds amazing! How long will it last?
how much onion powder garlic and cumin do you add?
How long will this keep after being made – I want pre make make it to make a big cooking day a bit simpler
Hi Kali, I would just premake the roasted cauliflower and then just pulse it the day of (for best results).
I’m almost out of Greek yogurt! Would mascarpone work?!
Hi it’s Stella! Yes! But go in at a little less and add if it needs it. You want a dip consistency and mascarpone is thicker than yogurt.
Measurements for spices are not included.
This looks amazing. Is this served warm or cold?
Hi Jenn! Thank you! I prefer the dip warm but definitely can be consumed at room temperature!
Once every 2 or 3 months we take a break from eating around the dining room table and cozy up to finger foods at the coffee table. Tonight was the night for a little coziness so I made this recipe, as well as your roasted Greek eggplant dip, and your spicy shrimp dip.
This was the first thing I made and I marveled at how yummy it was. I was out of cumin so I used some homemade taco seasoning on the cauliflower rather than the seasonings listed. It came together so quickly and easily and had such a great flavor.
However, when put up next to your Greek eggplant dip and spicy shrimp dip, it ended up being a disappointment. Alone, it’s SO GOOD, but the other two dips are so really REALLY REALLY good that they blew this one out of the water. 🤣 I guess there are worse things than having a SUPERB dip which pales when measured up to even more superb dips. 🥰 Thanks for your amazing recipes. I just found you a few weeks ago on Instagram and I’ll definitely keep coming back for more.
Low carb and low fat here (temporarily), I’ve substituted feta for silken tofu and added olive oil only as topping. May sound like a crime but it was still AMAZING! Maybe it will help someone who also has to limit some ingredients or is vegab.
It works really well with tofu:)
HI Sara, That is such a great tip for any one following who is vegan or dairy free. Thanks for sharing and I’m glad you liked it! Cheers!
Is each serving 250 calories?
This one’s a keeper! Great with pretzel crisps! I did substitute sour cream for the yogurt and I think it tastes delish.
Hi Susan! Oh I like the pretzel crisps with this and the sour cream sub! Will have to give that a go next time I make it!Thank you!!
What if you don’t have a food processor?
How long will this keep in the fridge?
3 days.
Amazing! My daughter is allergic to tahini so this is a great alternative.
Hi Sharron, Glad you AND your daughter liked the dip.. it’s one of my favorites too!
Yum! This was super tasty! I divided the batch and shared some with my Mom. We’ll definitely be making this again to have as a snack or part of a meal!
Hi Tacha, So happy you enjoyed the dish with your mom too! I love this dip with some grilled chicken or fish too! Also, thank you for commenting and rating the recipe!

Hi Colleen, it’s also on mine! Thank you for commenting and rating the dip!
How much onion,garlic,and cumin powder?
feel it and sprinkle it! If you like it spicy add more, and conversely if you like it mild in taste, add less! enjoy the dip!
how much did you use?
