Fall is officially here! In New England, that means cool days, longer nights, and lots of delicious pumpkin flavored treats. Some of my favorites are the Healthier Pumpkin Bread Banana Bowl, Lighter Pumpkin Cottage Cheesecake, and the Healthier Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Cake. The best part is, they’re all so delicious and good for you. Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? ☺️
