One Pan Chicken Parmesan Cauliflower Steaks
The best way to create a complete low carb dinner that’s delicious and nutritious.
These really are my favorite dish ever because I don’t need to dirty a ton of pots and pans to make a complete meal, including my protein and vegetable all in one pan. I absolutely love the combination of flavors and you can use any sauce you prefer, pesto, marinara, roasted peppers or salsa.

Great recipe made my own basil added Xtra (of course) So delicious. Will make again.
The first time I made this it was so good I made it again the next tonight. Unbelievably delicious. I don’t really like cauliflower!!
I made this and it was very good.. the only thing I would change, the cheese needs to be put on the last 10-15 minutes. cooking roe 30 made the cheese very dark and not very eye appealing.
I have made this recipe twice. Making seasoning changes for my family. We just love how it tastes, plus how easier it is to eat cauliflower this way.
Very tasty! Need to figure out how to cut the cauliflower to make 3 steaks. Ended up using the cast offs and piling them together for 2 more chicken breasts. I used thin cut chicken breasts and still ended up cooking for 35 minutes. Some of the cauliflower wasn’t fully cooked, but cooked enough to eat anyway.
can you make this ahead of time to cook a few hours later?
This was amazing and leftovers were also great! I made it a couple weeks ago and I’m making it again tonight ♥️ I didn’t change a thing
This receipt sounds so good & healthy I just had to rush out to the store to buy the ingredients as I write it is cooking in the oven can’t wait to try it
This is incredible. I did slice the chicken breast into two so they were so think and this will definitely be something I cook as a regular meal! I will be trying many of these recipes because I’m trying to lose weight. I didn’t think eatting healthy could taste so good!
Delicious! Easy to make and flavorful.
Hi Cynthia, thanks for trying the recipe out! Cheers!
Is it really 735 per serving? Seems like a lot🫠
Plan to make this upcoming week. She didn’t say anything about cutting One chicken breast into 2 thinner slice that would decrease calories but it would also decrease the amount of protein – you want that protein. Using low-fat cheese and using less of it to lower calories. Also, watch caloric count for pesto & marinara.
Made this tonight and so happy I did! I found this late night searching and had everything I needed on hand! So delicious and easy!!! BIG HIT!! Thank you for sharing!!
Hi Meghan, I’m so glad the recipe was a winner for you! Cheers and thanks for coming back to rate it!
