These simple to make chicken skewers are filled with tender meat and tons of flavor.
This is one of my family’s favorite dishes that they ask for me to make constantly. Its super simple to throw together last minute or meal prep overnight to marinate in all those delicious yet simple flavors. The
I would also advise you to make this with my Lazy Tzatziki or traditional Greek Tzatziki for dipping. It really brings this dish together and to the next level. I would also serve this with some warm pita and my Greek Traditional Horiatiki Salata or Maroulosalata.

How far in advance can you marinate? 24 hours ok?
Another winner! I made this for dinner last night, but kept the boneless thigh whole and I used lemon pepper instead of black pepper. This was absolutely delicious. Served it with rice cauliflower which absorbed up the sauce. So yumm!!!
Everyone loved this. So easy and so flavor full. Stella you make my life so much easier
Winner! My husband asked if it was an easy recipe? I said yes! He said good make this once a week! 😂
HI Cindy, I love to read that! I’m so glad you both liked the dish!!
So GREAT! It tastes like summer. We grilled these for about 11 minutes on each side and it was absolutely delicious. Simple, easy to find ingredients that are probably already in your home. Thank you so much for the recipe. Made and reviewed on my YouTube channel at Famished Farm.
Hi Jackie, Thanks so much for trying out the recipe and the review on YT! Cheers!
I made this tonight and it was so good! Next time I’ll leave out the tzatziki because it was flavorful enough with the marinade and the sauce. I didn’t put this on skewers, though. Instead, I simply tossed the meat in my air fryer with a chopped up onion and called it good. I used one of those paper liners in the fryer so it kept all the juicy goodness from the marinade. My air fryer only needed 12 minutes to cook these through. They were absolutely perfect. I served it with your cauliflower wedge salad and a red cabbage salad. Delicious!
Wow took me straight back to meals in Greece! Love that you can make this with what you probably already have. I used chicken breast instead of thighs and they were delicious and flavorful. Thanks for a great recipe!
