I would also advise you to make this with my Lazy Tzatziki or traditional Greek Tzatziki for dipping. It really brings this dish together and to the next level. I would also serve this with some warm pita and my Greek Traditional Horiatiki Salata or Maroulosalata.

Hi Ashley, Thanks so much! Glad the recipe was enjoyed by all! cheers!
Our family thinks this is a fantastic way to cook chicken thighs. Our results are best when marinating the chicken overnight before cooking and we think it ompares favorably to a favorite Greek restaurant in our town. Bravo!
HI Jim, I agree with your family! And thanks for sharing your feedback for marinating with us! Cheers!
Family favorite. I decrease the salt a little.
Where has this been all my life? It was fantastic!
Incredible recipe! I added a bit of Aleppo chili as I’m a spice head.
Any suggestions on what to do with all these naked lemons? I have 14 lemons with no zest. 😂 I made huge batch. Oh and…I don’t bake or feel like lemonade.
Thank you! Love your recipes!

Wow! These are so delicious and extremely easy! Chicken was so tender and perfect. Highly recommend that you run, don’t walk, to your kitchen and make these kabobs. Especially on a night that you need something good, simple, and fast.

Hi Michelle, its my pleasure! Glad you enjoyed the skewers!
I live in Greece. We took the boat to a beach for a picnic, I brought this. It was devoured. First thing in the morning, I marinated the chicken in the fridge in a baggie and put the sticks in water to soak until I was ready to cook. I added onion and green pepper on the sticks as well. As suggested, I made the Lazy Tzatziki using 2% yogurt so it didn’t need the milk. I used red wine vinegar instead of lemon and fresh dill instead of mint. It was great. So easy and everyone loved their life! Thank you!
HI Maz, so happy the skewers were enjoyed by everyone with the lazy tzatziki! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us!!
