Crispy Parmesan Broccoli Sticks
This crispy parmesan trend has been used so many times over because it makes your vegetables taste incredible. And these broccoli stalks are no exception.
My parents and grandparents used to really push the raw stalks on me as a child. To be honest, I was never a fan of the taste, but I ate them because I liked the crunchy texture and my family was adamant! So many nutrients and health benefits!

Crispy Parmesan Broccoli Sticks
Ingredients
- 4 large broccoli stalks, peeled
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp each paprika, chili powder, + onion powder, Italian herb blend
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Dip: Lazy Tzatziki
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425℉ (NO PARCHMENT PAPER)
- Slice your broccoli stems into medium thin thickness long sticks.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, 3 tbs grated parmesan, garlic and spices. Add in the broccoli sticks to coat well. Next dip each stick on one side in the freshly grated parmesan. Transfer to your baking sheet, cheese side down.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. If you 're doing this in your air fryer, go with a 400℉ temp and cook for 8 minutes.

How do you keep it from not sticking to the pan? I followed the directions to the T and all my Parmesan stuck to the pan and I had to scrape off my broccoli stems off the pan with no cheese stuck on them.
