Healthy Creamy Chicken BLT Salad
Lets make creamy salads healthy and delicious.
I grew up loving creamy salads when I went out to eat. My mom showed me you can make them at home just as good! When you substitute in Greek yogurt, you get all the healthy benefits first (including extra protein) and then the lower calories and carbs to boot. The creaminess and flavor are all still there.

Healthy Creamy Chicken BLT Salad
Ingredients
Dressing:
- 3 tbs Greek yogurt
- 1 tbs mayo of choice
- 1 tbs ketchup
- salt and pepper to taste
Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tbs oil
- 1/2 tsp each paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Salad:
- 1 heart romaine lettuce, sliced thinnish
- 6 strips bacon, cooked + chopped
- 4 mini cucumbers, sliced
- 1½ cup corn kernels
- 5 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved + juices squeezed out then halved again
Instructions
Dressing:
- Whisk together the 3 ingredients and season with salt to taste.
Chicken:
- Coat your diced chicken in the oil and then the seasonings. Heat a large pan on medium high and cook the pieces for 3-4 minutes per side.
Assembly:
- Toss your ingredients with the dressing.
