We loved this simple and quick dip because its packed with good ingredients that we usually have on hand at all times. You can use chips to dip into this but I prefer sliced bell peppers, carrots or celery.

Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip

My avocado cottage cheese dip is my go-to late night dipping snack thatโ€™s full of nutrients and protein.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cup (210 g) cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup (20 g) parsley
  • 2 scallions,, rough chop
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lime,, juiced (or lemon)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a small food processor. Pulse the dip until smooth. I need to add 1 teaspoon milk to get it silky smooth. Taste the dip and adjust the salt if needed.
