5 Minute High Protein Avocado Dip
My go-to late night dipping snack that’s full of nutrients and protein.
We loved this simple and quick dip because its packed with good ingredients that we usually have on hand at all times. You can use chips to dip into this but I prefer sliced bell peppers, carrots or celery.

This dip was perfection!
Hi Rachel, I’m glad you tried the dip and enjoyed it!
hi Stella, could I use Greek yoghurt instead of milk, if needed? I love your recipes. Fun to make and great to taste, every time. So many favourites!
Hi Carol, thanks for supporting the site and trying the recipes! Yes you can use Greek yogurt but if there is milk in a dip recipe, its there to thin the dip out.
First attempt was great!
I did not have scallions so they were not included.
I used 2 large cloves of garlic. The result was VERY garlicy but still ‘very’ tasty. Next time I will use 2 cloves again but roast them first.
I think this would be superb on a hamburger or chicken breast burger, with melted swiss and the dip on top.
Tomorrow morning I will spread some of this on toast with poached eggs on top. Will let you know how that goes.
Thank you for this recipe!!
Question: Have you tried freezing this dip?
Cheers,
Gil
